Overview

The Loggerbros Affiliate Programme is designed to create a mutually beneficial relationship between Loggerbros and approved affiliates. Affiliates may promote Loggerbros travel services, content, products, experiences, games, media, and other eligible offerings through approved marketing channels.

By participating in the programme, an affiliate agrees to comply with this policy, applicable laws and regulations, and any additional terms communicated by Loggerbros.

Eligibility

Participation is subject to approval by Loggerbros. We may accept individuals, companies, publishers, influencers, content creators, travel professionals, websites, communities, and other legitimate promotional partners.

• Applicants must provide accurate registration and payment information.
• Affiliates must be legally capable of entering into an agreement.
• Affiliate websites, pages, channels, and promotional platforms must contain lawful and appropriate content.
• Loggerbros may approve or reject an application at its discretion.
• Approval does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, bookings, sales, or commissions.

How It Works

Approved affiliates receive access to designated affiliate links, codes, banners, promotional materials, or other tracking mechanisms.

Commission & Earnings

Commission rates, qualifying transactions, attribution periods, minimum payout thresholds, and other earning conditions may vary by service, product, campaign, market, or affiliate agreement.

Loggerbros may modify commission structures for future transactions where permitted by the applicable affiliate terms. Affiliates will not be entitled to commissions that have not been validly earned under the programme rules.

Promotion Rules

Affiliates are expected to promote Loggerbros honestly, transparently, and responsibly.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited unless expressly authorised by Loggerbros in writing:

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertising.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or abusive communications.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, or other attribution manipulation.
• Impersonating Loggerbros or creating the appearance of an official Loggerbros channel.
• Purchasing search keywords or domains that improperly target Loggerbros trademarks or brand terms.
• Using malware, spyware, malicious scripts, or other harmful technology.
• Generating artificial transactions, fake leads, or self-referrals for commission purposes.
• Promoting Loggerbros alongside unlawful, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Making unauthorised discounts, guarantees, promises, or representations on behalf of Loggerbros.

Tracking & Attribution

Loggerbros may use affiliate links, cookies, pixels, referral codes, server-side tracking, or other technologies to identify and attribute qualifying referrals.

Attribution may depend on the applicable service, campaign, customer journey, tracking technology, and programme rules. Loggerbros cannot guarantee attribution where tracking is disabled, blocked, interrupted, manipulated, or otherwise unavailable.

Payments

Eligible commissions are paid according to the applicable payout schedule and minimum threshold communicated to the affiliate.

Payment delays may occur where transactions require additional verification, refunds or disputes are pending, or the affiliate has not supplied required information.

Policy, Termination & Changes

Loggerbros may review affiliate accounts and promotional activities to ensure compliance with this policy and applicable programme terms.

Loggerbros may suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation where there is a policy violation, suspected fraud, misuse of the programme, reputational risk, legal requirement, or other legitimate reason.

Loggerbros may also update this Affiliate Policy from time to time. Continued participation in the programme after an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
