This Partner Agreement & Policy establishes the general principles, responsibilities and standards that apply to our partnerships.

01 / ELIGIBILITY

Who can become a Loggerbros partner?

Partners must be legitimate businesses, organizations, individuals or service providers capable of legally providing the products or services represented through the Loggerbros ecosystem.

  • Maintain the legal right and authority to provide the proposed products or services.
  • Provide accurate business and contact information.
  • Hold all licenses, permits, registrations and certifications required for their activities.
  • Meet applicable safety, consumer protection and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate operational capability to fulfill confirmed customer transactions.
  • Agree to Loggerbros' applicable policies and partnership requirements.
02 / AGREEMENT

Mutual Understanding

Both parties should clearly understand the products, services, responsibilities, commercial terms and operating arrangements covered by the partnership.

Where required, commercial relationships may be documented through a separate agreement, schedule, order form or other written arrangement.

Partners are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to Loggerbros remains accurate, complete and current.

03 / RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner responsibilities

  • Provide accurate product, pricing, availability and service information.
  • Honor confirmed bookings and agreed service commitments.
  • Respond to customer and Loggerbros enquiries within reasonable timeframes.
  • Notify Loggerbros promptly about cancellations, disruptions or material changes.
  • Protect customer information and use it only for authorized purposes.
  • Maintain appropriate service, safety and operational standards.
  • Handle refunds, changes and service issues according to agreed terms.

Loggerbros responsibilities

  • Present partner products and services through applicable Loggerbros channels.
  • Communicate agreed commercial and operational requirements.
  • Process eligible transactions according to applicable arrangements.
  • Provide appropriate partner support and communication channels.
  • Protect information entrusted to Loggerbros in accordance with applicable requirements.
  • Work with partners to resolve legitimate customer and operational issues.

Settlement

Payment schedules, settlement methods, currencies and applicable deductions will be determined by the relevant commercial agreement.

Taxes & Charges

Each party remains responsible for taxes and statutory obligations applicable to its activities unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Adjustments

Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and transaction adjustments may affect amounts payable under applicable commercial terms.

Partners are expected to operate lawfully, ethically and responsibly.

Legal Compliance

Partners must comply with applicable laws, regulations, licenses and industry requirements.

Privacy & Data

Customer and business information must be handled securely and only for legitimate and authorized purposes.

Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent transactions, manipulation, deceptive practices and abuse of Loggerbros systems are prohibited.

Fair Conduct

Partners must not engage in misleading, discriminatory, abusive or materially unfair commercial practices.

Zero-tolerance principle

Loggerbros may investigate suspected fraud, abuse, material misrepresentation or serious policy violations and may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of a partnership.

07 / BRAND & CONTENT

Representing Loggerbros responsibly.

Partners may only use Loggerbros trademarks, logos, brand assets, marketing materials or other intellectual property in accordance with applicable authorization.

Partners must not create communications that falsely imply ownership, endorsement, employment, affiliation or authorization beyond the actual partnership.

Where partners provide photographs, descriptions, logos or other content for use by Loggerbros, they must have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that content.

08 / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

The customer comes first.

Customers should have access to sufficient information to make informed purchasing decisions.

09 / TECHNOLOGY & INTEGRATIONS

Connected by technology.

Technology partners and suppliers integrating with Loggerbros systems may be subject to additional technical, security, API, data and operational requirements.

  • Secure authentication and authorized system access.
  • Appropriate protection of API credentials and technical information.
  • Reasonable system availability and operational reliability.
  • Responsible handling of customer and transaction data.
  • Prompt notification of material security or service incidents.
10 / SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

When a partnership needs to end.

Loggerbros or a partner may end a partnership in accordance with the applicable commercial agreement and any required notice provisions.

Immediate action may be appropriate where there is:

  • Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Material misrepresentation.
  • Serious customer safety concerns.
  • Unauthorized use of Loggerbros systems or intellectual property.
  • Serious privacy or security violations.
  • Repeated or material breach of agreed terms.

Following termination

  • Outstanding legitimate obligations may remain payable.
  • Pending customer transactions should be handled appropriately.
  • Confidential information must continue to be protected.
  • Unauthorized use of Loggerbros branding must cease.
  • Access to Loggerbros systems may be revoked.
11 / DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Resolve issues constructively.

Loggerbros encourages partners to resolve disagreements through direct communication and good-faith discussion before escalating matters.

Where a formal dispute arises, the applicable partnership agreement will determine the appropriate dispute resolution process, governing law and jurisdiction.

Record keeping: Partners should maintain appropriate records relating to transactions, communications, customer issues and other matters relevant to their partnership.
